The money raised with this auction will help APD to buy a van to transport the wheelchair basketball team athletes and their sport wheelchairs.
The APD Lisbon's wheelchair basketball team, known as BCR, was created more than 40 years ago, shortly after the foundation of the association and has won 4 National Championships, 10 Portuguese Cups and 4 Super Cups.

APD’s - Associação Portuguesa de Dificientes - main goal is to represent, promote and defend all human rights and fundamental freedoms of people with disabilities in Portugal. By diversifying and consolidating institutional contacts, they work to include disability issues in the broader plan of citizens' rights and aim to bring together all people with disabilities, regardless of their impairments, causes, and origins.
NOTE:
The winner must collect the auctioned chair at TAP Air Portugal campus, located in Lisbon Portugal between November 8 and 23. It is necessary to schedule the day and time with the esolidar team once the auction is over.
Please note that moving the chair from storage to transport is the auction winner's entire responsibility and that, given its dimensions and weight (160x120x45 cm - 66 Kg), it may be necessary to bring someone to help move it.
If the winner wishes, he/she may hire a carrier to pick up the chair, bearing in mind that loading the chair onto the transport is the winner's responsibility.
The auction winner has 48 hours to make the payment, using the information that will receive by email and send proof of payment.
