Charity auction of a TAP Air Portugal aircraft executive Triple Chair to support CASA.
This auction will help the Homeless Support Center (CASA). This project was born from Honorary President Pema Wangyal Rinpoche's initiative and inspiration to stop social inequality, poverty, and the suffering of those who lived with difficulties.
CASA has 10 delegations spread across mainland Portugal and Madeira Island. Their work focuses on two main issues, from where all other projects evolve and are adapted to the characteristics of the population in need: support for People in Homeless Situations and families (CASA Amiga).
Food is the primary and essential project in CASA's work and how the most structural projects are developed (psychosocial support, accommodation, or others). The amount raised from these auctions will help provide food support to the homeless population and families in need; more specifically, it will be used to purchase a new industrial stove and/or oven to maintain the quality and logistical capacity of the 700 meals that are cooked daily.

The winner must collect the auctioned chair at TAP Air Portugal campus, from the 26th to the 30th of April (8 am to 2:30 pm). It is closed between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm for lunch. It is necessary to schedule a day and time with the eSolidar team when the auction ends.
The winner is responsible for transferring the chair from the storage location to his vehicle. We alert that, given its dimensions and weight (160x120x45 cm - 66 Kg), it may be necessary to bring someone to help you move it.
The auctioned material will not be sent to the winner's address. This must collect it on the TAP Air Portugal campus (according to indications by e-mail after the end of the auction).
Once the auction ends, the winner has 48 hours to pay the charity organization, by bank transfer (it will receive the data by email when the auction ends). It is mandatory to send proof of payment to eSolidar’s team to receive the information on how to collect the item.
