About Chef Raquel Novais
She is a cook, presenter, businesswoman, publicist, researcher. He was a semifinalist in the 3rd edition of Masterchef Brasil - Amadores. Currently, he commands, in partnership with his partner Livia Cathiard, the Buffet Mandí Culinária, specialized in gastronomic experiences and consultancies. Presented, for two years, the program "Cozinha Amiga", on TV Gazeta. In addition, he was also on the “Operation Mesquita” programs, on SBT, and “Sabores e Saberes”, on radio Antena 1 Rio.
It is dedicated exclusively to gastronomy, focusing on a sustainable relationship with food. An enthusiast of contemporary Brazilian cuisine, Raquel Novais puts as her main spices her passion for cooking, her origins and experiences around the world.
Raquel Novais believes in the power of food to aggregate and unite people; the role of the kitchen in telling stories and translating cultures; the ability to eat well has to not only feed, but also to bring pleasure and healing.

The 10x10 Challenge was designed to help millions of families fight hunger, whose situation has worsened dramatically with the coronavirus pandemic. A study by researchers from England and Australia, together with the United Nations World Institute for Economic Research for Development (UNU-WIDER), indicates that the pandemic could lead 14 million Brazilians to total poverty.

It is here that supporters are challenging their fan base, friends and relatives, based on the passions that move all Brazilians, such as music, sports and games. And the challenge is simple: contribute to the collection and bring at least 10 new people from their respective networks.
