Charity auction of a Bas Dost sweater from Sporting Clube de Portugal, autographed by all team, supports Folgonatur.

The Folgonatur Association is born out of a large civic and spontaneous movement originating in the tragedy of the Fires of last October 15th. It was presented to the population on October 28, 2017.

The value raised will be reverted to trees for reforestation of the Folgosinho forest.

The association has as its object the protection and defense of the forest, nature, the rural environment and its traditions, as an integrated whole:

- managing volunteer groups in reforestation interventions on the ground.
- creating a service to support the population in activities related to the forest and the rural environment;
- promoting institutional cooperation with local authorities and local, regional or national entities on these issues;
- promoting and advising applications for afforestation and reforestation projects;
- having a pedagogical and interventional role in order to promote an adequate territorial organization, avoiding fires and facilitating their combat;
- defending and preserving our traditions.
