The Ayrton Senna Institute is the result of the three-time Formula One winner and Brazilian national idol's long held dream of creating more opportunities for children and young people to develop their potential through education. You, who already admires Ayrton Senna's story, can contribute to the work he continues to inspire.
With the belief that only quality education can transform lives, we take innovative educational proposals to millions of Brazilian students, developed in collaboration with teachers, managers, researchers, and public education networks from all over Brazil.
In this charity auction in support of the Ayrton Senna Institute, you will find exclusive items from the greatest Formula One pilots, as well as unique experiences for fans of the sport. All proceeds will be allocated to our projects that help bring quality public education to more than 3 million children and young people and reach 200,000 educators.
The Ayrton Senna Institute will benefit from the donation of the item to be auctioned according to the items and descriptions below, which will be delivered to Ayrton Senna Institute until November 11, 2022.
In case the item is not delivered or is presented in a different way from the one described below, which was communicated to the Ayrton Senna Institute by the Formula One team that will provide the item at the moment it was included and released in this auction to the public, the Ayrton Senna Institute will notify all the bidders of the auction about the occurrence and the auction will be cancelled.
By placing the bid, you acknowledge that you have accepted the rules of participation abovementioned, exempting the Ayrton Senna Institute from any responsibilities that might arise from your participation or from the auction itself.

The items will be auctioned as is, since the IAS was their beneficiary by means of a donation. When joining the auction, the bidder recognizes and declares that there can be no return of the items or refusal to receive them after the bid has been placed, in case the bid is won. The only non-acceptance scenario for the winner is the non-compliance with the rules described below in the item Shipping.
The winner will be responsible for picking up the document for the use of the experience at the place informed by the Ayrton Senna Institute located in the city of São Paulo, SP, where they must present
a) RG (Registration Number)
b) Proof of payment of the tendered amount
c) A duly formalized term of responsibility
The item will only be delivered personally to the winner or to a proxy with a notarized power of attorney containing the authenticated signature of the winner.
If the item is not claimed or picked up within 20 days from the end of the auction, it will be understood as a waiver by the winner of the item. The IAS will not be responsible for refunding the amount paid and will dispose of the item as it seems fit.
Payment will be made directly to the Ayrton Senna Institute account to be informed to the bidder at the conclusion of the auction.
Payment deadline: 48 hours from the end of the Auction.
After the payment the winner must answer the e-mail received from Esolidar with the payment instruction by attaching the payment receipt to the and the responsibility term signed as instructed by Esolidar, and will then receive instructions for the retrieval of the item acquired in the auction.
