Rio Ave FC joined MEO in a campaign against domestic violence.
In the 26th round of the Portuguese Primeira Liga, during the game, Rio Ave Futebol Clube players wore jerseys with names of women instead of their own, as a tribute to the many women who have died in Portugal victims of domestic violence. 12 women have been killed since the year started.
These jerseys will now be auctioned for charity and the amount raised will go to APAV (Portuguese Association for Victim Support).
The jerseys might be autographed by the player or by the entire squad. To be arranged after the auction. This jersey was worn to a game.

The method of payment is bank transfer. At the end of the auction the winner shall be served notice by email of the bank details. The payment must be made within forty-eight hours.
